What Will Be At Booth #401 AT The New York Comic Con? **UPDATED AGAIN**

Keep an eye on this ongoing New York Comic Con blog post as I will be updating it starting now until the Comic Con starts on October 9th -12th at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City. I will be sharing BOOTH #401 with the super talented Selina Briggs of  The Jelly Empire all four days and we will have a lot of new items at the show to share with all of you. There is also a all new Tuttz poster by an amazing artist that will show up in this post too. So, with showtime right around the corner - here we go! 

*Artist - Laura Alvarez - Graces us with a multi piece series of Spooky Pearl cast Skull Cats Tuttz Mini's, three 8 inch Tuttz skull sleeve tattoo cats, some BadAss NYC signature skull magnets and this years all new full color 11x17 Tuttz in Spain exclusive comic con poster that will limited to 25 signed and numbered. 

Also showing up at the booth from me will be some NY Comic Con styled custom wrapping papered blind boxes! There are only 10 of these, 5 in white and 5 in the black styles and a few of them will show up in the online STORE at random in a pre-release for those of you who can not make it to the actual comic convention in NYC. Laura will also be at the booth live painting on Friday and Saturday (Oct. 10 and 11th) so come on by and hang out with us for some artsy fun!

Artist - Juli Lestina - Graces us with a all new 8 inch Tuttz custom titled "Arctic Blast" that comes with a fully painted box and story card Certificate of Authenticity.

The winner of the Tuttz art Contest is...

Colleen!!!
Her fully rendered Dragon cat design was beautifully done she even included other views of how the art looked on the entire body of the Tuttz.

The runner up was from - Stephanie Cassata - with her "Spooky Cat" design.

We also had a few other outstanding Tuttz art entries from - Elisha - (who was gracious enough to send in 2 entries).

And the final amazing Tuttz art entry was from - Megan Trimbach

We didn't get a lot of entries for this latest art contest this time around but we got some really good ones and that's what counts!

Bad Ass Skull Magnets!

I have a few new projects in the works this year and one of them is with the uber talented Bronx artist Laura Alverez (@bigeyesworld - www.lauralvarez.com -  www.badassnyc.com). Laura's signature Bad Ass skull design was turned into a collectible resin magnet that I will produce in various styles, colors and designs. Each will have a flat sheet magnet on their backs so you can put the skulls all over your fridge and expect some glow in the dark pieces too. Color pics of the designs are coming up very soon so keep an eye on the blog for updates on this crazy fun project!

More Series 5 Sparkly Cats!

Now available in the online STORE are more of the Series 5 Sparkly Cats Tuttz Mini's. There are some Beam Up Cats and Volcanic Eruption Cats and a few of the (glow in the dark) pieces from the Tokyo Cat Fight gallery show that took place in Japan.

Keep an eye on the online store as I will be adding even more all new Tuttz cats to finish this Series 5 - edition of 50 pieces (there are 20 more to be completed).

All New Series 5 Sparkly Cats Blind Boxes! ***UPDATE 1***

The Tuttz Mini treasure hunt is upon us once again as Series 5 Sparkly Cats release tonight (Friday, July 11th) in blind box fashion! Starting NOW there will be three different styled custom wrapping paper designs for this all new bunch of Tuttz Mini cats - so if you missed out now is your chance to get finally one.

This will be a 50 piece release and will run for a few weeks with a new blind box showing up in the online STORE at random, any hour any day, any time. There will be some new styles in this group and as like in all the previous series there will be hidden glow in the dark cats throughout.

Make sure you put your Tuttz in the sunlight and see if you are one of the lucky collectors to get a chase cat. Also keep an eye on this blog post as I will drop images of what was in the blind boxes as collectors crack them open and post them online. Let's have some fun, good luck and let the treasure hunt begin!!!
