El Diablo's last stand...coming up!

Robbie has a few nice surprises left with last his wave of EL DIABLO designer resin figures. This last batch will complete his 25 piece run and that's all folks! Robbie and Jared stopped by the studio last week and we had toys all over place while we were finishing up Jared's second wave of Kanji's (got a few left in the online store). Here's a few peeks at what's coming down the pike:

Kanji wave 2 - ON SALE NOW!!!

The final images for Jared Deal's designer resin toy Kanji kaiju...#'s 11 - 15 will be $80, #'s 16 - 18 (auto shimmer paints) will be $90 and #19 - 20 (tints) will be $100 (all plus shipping and handling)...they'll be loaded into the Argonaut Resins online store (http://argonautresins.bigcartel.com/) tomorrow noon eastern time. As with all Argonaut products you get some extra goodies with your purchase. Along with your Kanji you will also receive a signed mini print, custom painted packaging & chopsticks with a custom wrapper.

Kanji wave 2!!! Drops June 19th Noon -

Jared Deal's Kanji wave 2 is finally ready to go!!! In this wave of 10 we'll have an assortment of fun colors, a few color tints, and we'll even have a few mirage paint Kanji's. The mirage paint actually changes color as it catches the light. You've probably seen cars that use this kind of paint & when they drive by they change color.
Wave 2 will go on sale Friday June 19th @ 12 noon EST. in the Argonaut Resins online store. As with all Argonaut products you get some extra goodies w/ your purchase. Along w/ your Kanji you will also receive a signed mini print, custom painted packaging & chopsticks with a custom wrapper.

Also - if you've noticed we've slowed down a bit it's because Argonaut Resins will be uprooting and relocating to a new location. We'll do our best to keep the projects dropping as we make this move. I'll take some pics of the all new studio once it's up running...

EL DIABO in Kansas!!!

MunkyMan from the Kid Robot toy boards (http://forums.kidrobot.com/viewtopic.php?t=121546&start=100) dropped this awesome picture of his Robbie Busch art and toy collection - now we know why he wanted the Straight Out Of Hell EL DIABLO! That is one sweet Circus Punk paint up from Robbie. The last EL DIABO wave 5 batch coming soon - this will be your last chance to get one - after that finito!!!

The clay rough is done - but the devil's in the finished details coming soon....O_Negative's DESTROYER stands at 5 inches in height and will be a run of 25 solid resin pieces.

Three/Gold Coin Update....

Here are a few WIP's of the Gold Coin project for Three - I won't be using any armature wires for this prototype due to it's shape and what Three wants done with this toy. Let's just say we're doing something a bit different from what you've seen come out of Argonaut Resins so far...Stay tuned as we have more updates coming on everything in the works.

Jared Deal stopped by today to work on some new wave 2 Kanji designer resins I whipped up for him. He's got some new wicked colorways in the works as you can see...full complete images of Kanji wave 2 coming very soon. I'll also start posting some sculpt WIPS of a few new toy projects already in progress.
