Making some new DIABLO's....

Sneaky peeky...Robbie swung by to lock down the next batch of EL DIABLO's for his wave 4 release. We've got cool stuff lined up for this batch as you can see in these studio teaser shots. Release date is next!!! Plus a couple of new Argonaut Resins toy sculpts in the works from some new artists - WIP shots coming soon...

Making some new Kanjis....

Jared and I are hard at work getting the second wave of his Kanji Kaiju designer resin toys done here at Argonaut Resins. Here's a few sneak peaks at what some the new colorways will look like. Stay tuned for more info on Kanji wave two colors and release date.

EL DIABLO last waves in the works...

Just a little tease of what's coming for EL DIABLO wave 4 and the last final wave 5. If you didn't get a DIABLO when the last few releases dropped - this will be you last chance in these next two batches. The light blue Aquamarine clear tint we had at Red Hot Robot's Resin Collective show sold and is no longer available.

Jared Deal's Kanji Kaiju designer resin wave 2 is well into production and we'll have more updates on the new colorways real soon.

How we do it - Part # 6 - Customizing (WIP)...

Our "How We Do It" at Argonaut Resins series continues with a behind the scenes peek with some prep work on a EL DIABLO custom. Robbie was on vacation for a few days so I thought I'd get some of his next batch of toys prepped. I normally prime the pieces black if the guys want that but in this case Robbie had a little something different in mind. So - I whipped out the old trusty airbrush and watered down some of Robbie's signature acrylic Gauche paint and off we go! I can't to see what he does with this guy...

Up next - Kanji Wave 2!...and El Diabl0 Wave 4 and a whole new sculpt and project for Three/ Gold Coin....

EL DIABLO is back! Wave 3 will consist of a new Mono version, Blue pants, Lavender Amethyst Tint and a Red Pants OG. Each Diablo will come with a original 2.5" x 3.5" canvassed acrylic gouache painting by Robbie Busch. Also included will be the hand painted box packaging and Certificates of Authenticity signed by artist Robbie Busch and sculptor Eric Nocella Diaz.
